Immediately after purchasing a order number is issued to you. Within 2 days of purchase you will recieve a tracking number; which will be sent to the email on your profile or the email that you provided. Please ensure that all information provided at check out is accurate.

Yes, all packages require a signature. If you are not home on the day of delivery, the delivery carrier will leave a note on your door. Your are then able to reschedule your delivery for a day that is more suitable for you. There will also be an option to pick up your package at the carrier's nearest facility. Please note that proper identification is needed for all pickups.
